Shipping & Fulfillment Policy

We are a fresh-to-order bakery. To ensure you receive the freshest possible cookie, we operate on a strict weekly baking schedule. We do not let cookies sit on a shelf waiting for orders. We bake them for you.

The Bake & Ship Schedule

• Bake Day: Every Sunday.

• Ship Day: Every Monday.

• Order Cutoff: Orders placed by Sunday at 10:00 PM PST will be baked and shipped the next day (Monday).

• Note: Orders placed after the Sunday cutoff will be added to the following week’s bake schedule.

Shipping Methods & Quality Control

We are obsessed with quality. Because our cookies contain no preservatives, we limit transit times to ensure they arrive fresh.

• West Coast (WA, ID, OR, MT): We offer UPS Ground shipping (1–2 day transit).

• Rest of the USA: To guarantee freshness, we do not offer Ground shipping to states with transit times longer than 3 days. If you are ordering from the Midwest, South, or East Coast, you will only see UPS 3 Day Select or 2nd Day Air options at checkout. This is to ensure your cookies don't spend the weekend in a warehouse.

• Pickup Window: You will receive an email notification when your order is ready (usually Monday). Please wait for this email before heading to the kitchen.
